I have read a lot of information on the net, books, and magazines regarding nutrition for acne treatment. As usual - no oily foods,a lot of veges and fruits and a lot of plain water... One of them suggested a detoxification program, as to cleanse the bowel and removes toxins from the body which I think it's worth a try. The main ingredients is to drink fruit juices with the pulp. Oh, I really not into fruits and juices because I find them too sweet. On of my friend introduce me Tropicana Twister juice. I've tried all three flavors - orange, apple, and blackcurrant. I preferred orange as it not as sweet as the other two. I rushed to Giant Hypermarket and bought 6 bottles of the juice. Sound greedy right? But seriously I don't have time to spend on everyday shopping for this juices.
My Tropicana Twister army!
After that, I walked to every bazaar in the market itself to look around things I might love to buy. Then I found a Dokoh, which I wanted for so long, and surprisingly, it was super cheap! I bought it for RM 50 only. Hehe.. Before this I have surveyed for the price, it was around RM 80- RM 300. Really worth buying. I am thinking of buying the gold plated one. Hehe.
A dokohis a Malay traditional pendant necklace usually in a set of two to three pendants, or more, and worn by The Sultan/Sultanah in any traditional ceremony, as the accessories. Can be worn on Kebaya or KurungSongket.
