Day 2 of Raya Aidiladha. I requested for day off but my ward Sister doesn't approve. That means, it has been 4 years in a row I celebrate my birthday working. Hahaha. This is not funny ay~ And my Kanda had to cancel his plan to visit me in Kuantan. :'(

Still working, in a.m. shift. After work, I took my bath and get ready to meet my Kanda. He came to Kuantan tau. Having our late lunch at ECM. Following our plan, we went to Pantai Balok for photoshoot session until Maghrib time and he had his prayer at a mosque near Sg. Karang.
Then we start our tough journey back to KL. Why do I mentioned the word "tough"?
That is because he had to drive for 7 hours from 8pm till 3am to reach my home :'(

Previously, Mummy and Babah were preparing dinner for both of us. Since we don't manage to get home earlier because of traffic jam all along LPT, so I told them to have a sleep first. When we reached home, I found that my parents were awake, and welcoming him for our very late supper. Hehehehehe. Mummy had tapau Malacca traditional dish originally made in Masjid Tanah that afternoon - Masak Tempoyak Daun Kayu, Asam Pedas Ikan Cencaru, and Masak Rempah Daging. What a coincidence, that I just told him about the Masak Tempoyak one week before, and finally he has to eat the lauk. Hahahahahahaha.
At first, I found he looked funny, but after Mummy offered him to tambah nasi for second round, then I know that he already fell in love with that Masak Tempoyak Daun Kayu. Hehehehehehe...
Babah had a serious basic personal discussion with him. But still, I don't know what were they talking about. Hal lelaki lah kot.

And they are my late birthday gift :)

French Cooking Class at Nathalie's Gourmet Studio, Solaris~

I joined my sister's and friends for a bridal shower (of course for my sister), a birthday bash, and baby showers for two mommies-to-be :)

For this celebration, we had a French Class Cooking at Nathalie's Gourmet Studio, located somewhere in Solaris, Dutamas.

It was fun, exciting, and satisfying class. I like uolls!

Encem Alleged in an accident on Merdeka Night :'(

Happy Merdeka Day, the 55th!

I received 3 invitations for Raya open house today.
1) Fatin's house at AU1 (my ex dorm-mate at SEMASHUR)
2) Hanisah's house at Sunway City (my close friend at SEMASHUR, too)
3) Zulhilmy's house at Batu Caves (my classmate at SKTP)

Nostalgically tragic things happened:
Back from Fatin's, my Encem's driver power window doesn't function. So I have to pay RM 120 for replacing new motor for that window. Arrggghhh!!!

Being late for Hanisah's, that we both lost the direction to her house, and unable to meet Madyt and Nonie, so sad. Felt so tired, perhaps.

On my way to pick up my friend, Helmi at Wangsa Melawati, my sister and I alleged in an accident on Jelatek Road at around 8pm. Where I can't controlled Encem and crashed the other Waja's butt, nicely. Hahaha.. Syukur Alhamdulillah that we both, and the other Waja passengers were safe :)

So, plan for the 3rd house has been canceled.

Patah kaki for weeks, I supposed. Thinking of moving into HTAA nurse hostel for one month. Sedih gila.
Whatever happened, I believe there must be something Allah wants to show me and I have to find it, in details.

Five days of holiday, going back to KL, with hopes that my days will be fulfilled by so many events. However, it turned out to be non productive activities. I managed to meet only one old friend whom I never met for 19 years since we left primary school, having iftar together with her mama and playing with adorable Coco the Diva fluffy gedik cat. Miau!

Luckily Mummy took two days of leave and spent one day with me for shopping spree in KL - Sogo and Medan MARA. Oh, we did not go to Jalan TAR or Chow Kit Road, or SACC Mall/PKNS Shah Alam, or Kenanga Wholesale T__T.

But it's ok. I bought one pair of Hush Puppies 5 inches heels with a very good bargain at RM80 - only at SOGO KL. Hahaha..
One pair of Limited Edition Kurung Tenun Paisley priced RM150 from Ma Craft at Medan MARA.
And another pair of Kurung plain with beads at only RM150 after discount (originally priced at RM359) from Sireh Pinang Boutique at Wangsa Walk Mall. 
Altogether, I spent only RM380 for raya shopping :)
Proud of myself not to overspent. Yippee!!!

Bee Gees in 60's!

I browsed through YouTube channel and found out this video. So young and charming Barry Gibb with his twin brothers Robin and Maurice Gibb, Colin Petersen, and Vince Melouney in the Bee Gees performing Words 1968, written by Barry himself. I was amazed that at such a young age of 22, Barry could write such enchanted lyrics, and sings emotionally :D
