I've got 4-day leave after my night shift, so I decided to come back home. I have been calculating on cooking something new, that no one ever cooked in the house - It's lamb! Haha :))
...and it was actually my first time, with the recipe I created myself, as the original recipe lost. I used the Australian lamb shoulder cut. Nice to be served with
Nasi Minyak Jagung, own recipe too :D
